CLIENT PROFILE: Our client is a foreign owned distributor of global consumer, pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The candidate will report to a VP Sales and Marketing and will oversee trade marketing, customer service and telesales. The candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of these 3 units in ensuring that they achieve their KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates, male or female, must be 35-45 years old. He must have at least 10 years relevant work experience in overseeing trade marketing, customer service or telesales preferably in the FMCG or BPO industries.

CLIENT PROFILE: Our client is a foreign owned company in the property development industry with core businesses in office and retail leasing and residential development.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The candidate will report to the General Manager with 10 direct reports. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing programs for one of the countrys premiere malls. This includes A&P, public relations, events management, media relations, brand development and digital marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates, preferably female, must be in their 30s to early 40s. They must have at least 10 years relevant work experience in product or brand management from FMCGs. Prior ad agency and retail experience is an advantage.

CLIENT PROFILE: Our client is part of a leading global manufacturer of building materials. The parent company has a business unit dedicated to waste management solutions in over 50 countries. In the Philippines, this business unit has grown rapidly and continues to expand in some 6 plants across the country. It currently serves a wide range of industries including food and beverage, chemicals, semicon, oil and gas and power. It also provides offsite services through its own logistics and warehouse facilities.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is looking for a commercial manager to oversee sales for its waste management solutions business units. These include Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials, which directly supports the company's core business, and Environmental Engineering Solutions such as clean up, refinery and depot requirements. The position will report directly to the General Manager of the BU.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates, male or female, 35 to 40 years old, must have 7-10 years experience in environment management for heavy manufacturing industries or facilities management in semicon companies. They must have a sales aptitude and passion for environment solutions. Those with science education backgrounds and experience working in a multinational company are preferred.

CLIENT PROFILE: Our client is an international supply chain management company that services brands in over 40 markets worldwide for logistics, warehousing, and other services. In the Philippines, it has over 50 warehouses nationwide. Most of its clients are FMCGs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: They need a Strategic Procurement Manager to improve internal support for the entire country operations and enhance Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) services for its warehouse facilities. He will work with the Business Development team to further define client needs.

Procurement will focus on capital expenditures and direct materials (eg. Heavy equipment used for lifting, as well as supplies used in packing and physical distribution of goods). This role will develop procurement processes for the Philippines, and can potentially include responsibilities under a regional scope (ASEAN).

It reports directly to the Country Head who is also the Strategic Procurement Head in Asia.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates, preferably in their mid 30s, must have a relevant background in manufacturing, especially with the food and beverage or semiconductor industries. They must have at least 7 years of experience in buying and servicing, negotiating long term contracts and handling packaging and raw materials.

CLIENT PROFILE: Our client is a foreign owned company that distributes consumer, pharmaceutical and healthcare products. They provide support in sales & marketing, information & technology, distribution & logistics, customer care and regulatory affairs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The candidate will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing. He will liaise between the principal and internal organization to ensure business wellness and identification of business growth opportunities. He will address the problems and demands of the principals and work in collaboration with the internal organization in terms of sales, marketing, trade and sales execution, sales effectiveness and stock availability. He will be accountable for the A&P budget and provision of the sales forecast.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates, male or female, must be in their early 40s. They must have at least 8-10 years relevant work experience in managing principal accounts or vendor management preferably from a distribution company. Handling general trade, key accounts or channel development at a national level from FMCG companies will also be suitable.
